Gamerocks is an operator of Wartune under R2 Games and we, R2 Games, have had a friendly cooperation with Gamerocks for an extended period of time. After mutual confirmation, to provide better service to you, Gamerocks decided to transfer all users to R2 Games and R2 Games will be providing gaming service of Wartune from now on.
To protect your rights as a user, please follow the steps if you,
-Agree to initiate character safety precautions:
1. Register on R2 Games platform to connect your Wartune characters, and all your characters on Gamerocks will be stored in your new R2 Games account by default. Please do confirm all your account information before you proceed, no modifications can be made after this process!
2. Your account information will be transferred from Gamerocks to R2 Games. By clicking "CONNECT" on Gamerocks, you expressly give your authorization on the transfer of account information.
3. Please be assured that we will not disclose your account information to any third party without your prior consent. The transfer process will comply with applicable laws and policies of relevant countries.
4. During the process of transfer, we will be at your service for any question you may have at any time. If you are the guardian of a minor, please let us know if you have any objection to the transfer within 30 days from the date when this announcement is published.
5. This won’t cause any losses or changes to your characters of Wartune (including Balens, Bound Balens, Sylph, Willpower, Item, Clothing, Mount, Marriage, Guild, etc).
6. After your registration, you will still be able to play on Gamerocks. Kindly note that Gamerocks will stop providing Wartune service on February 15th, 2020. We’ll send you reimbursement in Game after Gamerocks ends support of Wartune.
7. We recommend you to continue playing at https://www.r2games.com/play/?game=20 after you complete binding your character to R2 Games account.

If you forfeit this registration to protect your characters, your regular gaming experience may not be able to continue in the future. You may request to delete all your user data by contacting our customer service team.
Please kindly note that user data may also be deleted automatically after a certain period of time as stipulated by applicable laws and policies of relevant countries without your request.
